1 container cottage cheese
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella parmesan cheese blend
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper & hamburger meat in skillet. Cook until browned, drain.
Thaw spinach in microwave & drain until juices are gone. Sometimes I take a paper towel & press down on the spinach to get more juices out, the more liquid you get out of the spinach, the better.
Add spinach & spaghetti sauce to the skillet mixture.
Layer the following ingredients to a casserole dish & cook approx. 45 minutes in 350º degree oven.
Sauce, Shredded cheese, noodles, cottage cheese.
Ending with shredded cheese on top layer. Last 5 minutes of cook time you can turn on the broiler to brown the cheese.
Serve with crusty baget & salad.
