Oatmeal Raisin Bars:
1/2 c. Dates
1/2 c. Raisins + 2 TBSP
1 c. Raw cashews
1/2 c. Oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash salt




Cherry Pie Bars:
1/2 c. Dates
1/2 c. Dried Cherries
1 c. Raw almonds
Dash salt

Chocolate Bars:
1 c. Dates
1 c. Walnuts
2-4 TBSP cocoa powder
1 tsp. coconut or other oil
Dash salt
Directions:
Directions:
Oatmeal Raisin Bars:
Pulse cashews & oats until finely chopped.
Remove.
Process dates & raisins until paste forms
Add cashews, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, salt
Blend until mixture sticks together
Add remaining raisins and pulse to combine
Use fingers to roll into balls or form into bars

Cherry Pie Bars:
Pulse almonds until finely chopped.
Remove.
Process dates & cherries until paste forms
Add almonds and salt
Blend until mixture sticks together
Use fingers to roll into balls or form into bars

Chocolate Bars:
Pulse Walnuts until finely chopped
Remove.
Process dates until paste forms
Add almonds, cocoa, salt & oil
Blend until mixture sticks together
Use fingers to roll into balls or form into bars

April 26, 2011: I absolutely love Larabars, they are the only granola bar on the shelves that has less than 10 ingredients, and is made with only fruit and nuts. The thing I don't like is the price tag. $2.00 for something that I can make at home in a few minutes...no thanks. I have been dying to try and make my own. Enjoy!

2014: These recipes are for the bars served at Emily's Bachelorette party in Scottsdale, AZ. They were the perfect breakfast after our strenuous hike.
