★ 2¼ cups margarine, softened
★ 2¼ cups light brown sugar, packed
★ 2¼ cups granulated sugar
★ 5 eggs
★ 2¼ tsp. vanilla
★ ¼ tsp. almond extract
★ 4¼ cups flour
★ 2¼ tsp. baking powder
★ 1 tsp. baking soda
★ 1 tsp. salt
★ 4¼ cups oatmeal
★ 1-16 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
★ 1-7 oz. pkg. shredded coconut
★ 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, cream together, margarine, eggs, sugars, vanilla and almond extract. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir all together until well mixed. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Mix well. Drop by large teaspoonfuls or large cookie scoop onto ungreased parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 375º until they start to turn light brown, about 12 minutes.
Makes about 8 dozen.
