Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use Lehi Roller Mills flour and real butter. This is actually my mother's roll recipe which my sister Carol taught to my sister-in-law Deborah. However, Deborah is the one that shared the recipe with me when I finally decided I needed to learn to make my own rolls. This is also the recipe I used when I taught Enrichment in our Ward with my then squeaky, loud mixer to prove one can do good bread without the latest and greatest machine.
