Ingredients:  
2 T. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground sage
4 - 5 lb. pork loin or boneless pork roast

Topping:
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt, mustard, caraway seeds, sugar, pepper and sage. Rub mixture over surface of pork. Set fat side up in roasting pan. Bake at 425º for 1 hour. Add topping. Topping: Mix all ingredients. Spread over surface of roast. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Add water to the bottom of pan if necessary.
