3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/4 tsp yellow mustard
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
4 slices torn cooked bacon
2 chopped green onions
1/4 cup warm bacon drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Separate yolks from whites, chop whites. Mix yolks with mustard, vinegar and sugar. Toss with 16 oz. torn romaine, then lightly mix in the bacon drippings. Top with egg whites, bacon and onions.
