1 tsp. olive oil
400 gr. bag of sea scallops
salt and pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 lime, peel and juice
1 lb. fresh strawberries,hulled, cleaned and cut up.
1 seedless cucumber, cut in strips
1/2 cup chives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil at med.-high. Sear scallops for about 1 min. on each side.They will be golden on the outside and tender inside.
Deglaze with lime juice
Add salt , pepper and cumin and remove from heat. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together strawberries and cucumber strips. Add chives,lime peel and olive oil, mix well.
Pour on a serving dish. Place scallops, cooking juices around strawberries and
cucumber mix.Enjoy
