3 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup plum jam
1 small crushed clove garlic
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 cup molasses
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.

2. Stir over heat until mixture boils.

3. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour stirring occasionally.

4. Strain mixture into hot sterilized jars.

5. Seal when cold.
