Ingredients:  
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs; add flour and buttermilk. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º; bake until done, about 30 or 40 minutes. Don't let it get too thick as it will cook and thicken up after removed from oven. Can also add 1/2 tsp. or more of lemon juice.

This recipe is from my Grandma Freda (my dad's mom). It was one of my favorite pies along with her coconut cream pie!
