2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
dash salt

Icing ingredients:
4 Tbsp. sweet milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cake directions: Mix sugar and flour in a large bowl and set aside. Mix water, butter, oil, and cocoa in a sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes. Cool and add to flour mixture. Beat and add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake 50 minutes at 325º.

Icing directions: Combine milk, cocoa, and butter in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over confectioners sugar and mix well. Add vanilla. Spread over HOT cake. Thin with additional milk if necessary.
