1 lb Carrots
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Thyme
Honey to taste

Preheat oven to 375ºF

Clean Carrots and julienne into 3 inch sticks. Cover with olive oil, salt and thyme. Spread on a cookie sheet and drizzle with Honey. Bake for 45mins to 1hour.
