2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
2 T veg. oil
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 pkg. au jus mix
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs & milk. Shape into 8 patties.

Heat oil in skillet (I like to use the electric skillet). Dredge patties in flour to coat and quickly brown.

In a bowl mix Cream of Chicken soups, au jus mix and water. Pour over meat and cook approximately 1 hour at 350º. CAN ALSO BE COOKED IN THE SLOW COOKER (place browned patties in pot and pour sauce over.)
