1 marble cake mix
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz. cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Pour cake battter into 9"x13" greased and floured pan.
Then swirl the chocolate mixture into the cake.
Cover the batter with the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla mixture.
Bake for 45-55 minutes.

Beat topping ingredients until firm and spread over cooled cake.

I started checking cake at 30 minutes and took it out at 45 minutes. It sank a litttle. 47 minutes perfect.
