1 1/2 c Mayo
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Jalapeņo - seeded and diced
1/4 c Cilantro - chopped
2 c Parmesan cheese
6 ears Sweet Corn - shucked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix. Use a spoon or brush to cover corn.

Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Place corn on grill for about 2 minutes or until corn facing grill is cooked. Turn 4 times so each side can be towards the direct heat. Serve warm.
