1 cup Bulgar Wheat
1 cup finely chopped Parsley
1 cup finely chopped Green Onions
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh Mint
3 medium Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/3 cup Olive Oil
Pepper and Salt to taste

Soak 1 cup bulgar wheat in water to plump the grains. Drain well and mix with all of the remaining ingredients.
