1lb. package Camellia small navy beans
3 cans greens beans
2 cans Blue Runner red beans
salt meat
onions
garlic
1 tsp. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
WHITE BEANS....Wash beans 3 times and put to boil for a hour. Drain and put in fresh water with chopped onions and salt meat. Boil salt meat before adding to beans. Add cooking oil. Mash beans as they cook.

SNAP BEANS....Drain beans...sauté onion and garlic and add beans to mixture. Add a little water and cook until done. You may need to keep adding water as the beans cook. If you would like to add salt meat boil it first.

RED BEANS.....As Mom got older this was her way to cook red beans...go the store and buy several cans of Blue Runner red beans and serve them with cornbread!
