½ cup flour
2 tsp. season salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1½ cups bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika
6 pork chops
6 tbsp. oil

Dill sauce:
2 tbsp. flour
1½ cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. dill

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, season salt and pepper in shallow bowl. In second shallow bowl mix eggs and milk. In third bowl mix bread crumbs and paprika.

Pound pork until ¼ inch thick. Dip in flour, then egg mixture and finally bread crumbs.

Heat oil in skillet and cook each pork chop 2-3 minutes/side or until golden brown.

Whisk flour and broth until smooth; add to same skillet. Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in sour cram and dill (heat through, do not boil). Serve with pork.
