3 large egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mint-flavor chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. In large bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until stiff peaks form. Fold in mint-chocolate chips. Lightly grease baking sheet. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 in. apart onto baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until slightly golden. Cool slightly on sheet; remove to wire rack to cool.
