2 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4-1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla and chocolate; mix again. Mix all of the dry ingredients together, except powdered sugar. Stir into cream mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
