6 medium onions, peeled and sliced thinly
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the onions into rings and place them into a well buttered shallow baking dish.
Melt the butter and blend in the flour. Gradually add the milk and cook until liquid thickens
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika and cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted. Pour this mixture over the onion and bake in a 350º
oven for one hour.
