1 lb. Ground Beef
1 diced Onion
1 large can diced or stewed Tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder or to taste
cup Sour Cream
4 cups grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with the diced onions. When cooked, add the tomatoes and the chili powder. Remove from heat and add the sour cream and cheese. Place back on a low temperature. Keep warm until serving.
