1 pre-baked pie shell (Mrs. Smith's)
1 egg white, warmed to room temperature
1 c. sugar
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
I beat whipping cream first and place in refrigerator while I do the rest.

Beat egg white until frothy.
Alternately add crushed strawberries and juice and sugar.
Beat on high speed with electric mixer.

The mixture, well beaten, should completely fill large mixing bowl.
After mixture stands in peaks, fold in the one cup whipped cream.
Place in baked pie shell.

Put in freezer

Serve with fresh or crushed strawberries on top.
