Ingredients:
1 yellow Cake Mix (I prefer w/pudding)
1 large egg
1/3 c. melted butter

1 29 oz. can (or two 15 oz. cans) sliced peaches

Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 large egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix together cake mix, egg and melted butter until crumbly (I use a fork).
Set aside 1 1/2 c. of this cake mixture and press the remainder into a lightly oiled 9"x13" cake pan to form a crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes.

Drain off syrup and cut peaches into bite size chunks. Place the peaches into baked crust.

In a large bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
Place this mixture on top of the peaches. Top with reserved crumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.

Chill 30 minutes or more before serving.
