1 box spinach, drained chopped
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1 fresh jalapeno pepper seeded & finely diced

Mix ingredients, Put in 9" pie plate
Bake 35-45 min or until brown on top
