CRUST:
1/4 cup butter, soft
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 - 1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

FRUIT TOPPING:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
1 firm banana, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 8oz. can mandarin oranges, well drained
1/3 cup fresh blueberries

GLAZE:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Crust: In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and beat well. Cover and refrigerant for 30 mins. Press dough onto a greased pizza pan. Bake for 12 to 14 mins. or until light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Fruit Topping: In a small bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping and mix well. Spread over crust and arrange fruits. Glaze: Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Stir in water and orange juice, stir until smooth. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1 - 2 mins. or until thickened. Cool to room temperature about 30 mins. Brush glaze over fruit. Store in the refrigerator.
