3 c. thinly sliced zucchinis
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley
1/2 T. salt
1 clove garlic (substitute garlic salt and omit salt)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Mix all ingredients, spread in greased oblong pan (9 X 13). Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
