Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise (can use regular, low fat, fat free—do not use Miracle Whip)
½ cup sugar
2 to 4 teaspoons white vinegar (depends on how “tangy” you want the dressing to be)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. The sugar will break down the mayonnaise and the dressing will become creamier as it sits.

This amount will dress about ¾ pounds of slaw mix.

Pour over cabbage approximately 2 to 3 hours prior to serving.

This is the same dressing used for the Broccoli Raisin Salad. To make it ahead of time, take a quart jar of mayo, measure it out, mix it with the sugar and vinegar and then pour it back into the container and refrigerate it. That way, it's always on hand.
