This is best if prepared the night before and refrigerated.

12 eggs
2 cups milk
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 to 1 ½ lb. sausage or bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Frozen hash brown patties

(You can also add sauteed onions, mushrooms, or any cooked vegetables of your choice.)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13x9 baking dish with frozen hash brown patties. Sprinkle hash browns with bacon or sausage. Mix together eggs and milk and pour over meat and hash browns. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate.

Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

(Recipe can be halved and prepared in a 8x8 dish.)
