1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1&1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
750ml can of pumpkin
1/2 cup milk and yogurt mixed
3 eggs
3/4 cup chopped walnut

Maple glaze
2 tbsp butter - melted
1&1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp maple syrup

prep a bundt cake pan

Mix the first 8 ingredients and add walnuts to it.
Then beat 3 eggs and slowly add oil. Next add sugar. Then add 750ml can of pumpkin. Add milk mix, alternately with the dry.

For the glaze add all together and stir. Drizzle on when cake is cooled a little

This is a very moist cake. It freezes well. You could also make 18 muffins with this and glaze them.
