12 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 T. anchovy paste

For those of you who have never heard of the "Plantation", it was a rather elegant restaurant in Moline, Illinois and known for this salad dressing among many other things. It was where people many times went to celebrate special occasions. The restaurant was in a mansion once owned by W. L. Velie who's mother was Emma Deere, daughter of John Deere.
