1 cup sifted flour
¾ cup oats
1 cup (packed) brown sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups cut rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon; place half the crumb mixture in 9 inch square pan. Add rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, 1 cup water and vanilla; cook until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb; cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream. 9 servings
