Guinness black lager 11 fluid ounces
10 medium onions
3 homestyle concentrated beef stock (or use bouillon cubes)
1 stick of butter plus 2 Tablespoons
6 cups of water plus 5 ounces
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few dashes of cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced onions in butter for 10 minutes covered
Add broth, water, Guinness, Worcestershire sauce, pepper.
Bring to boil, then simmer at minimum 10 minutes. The longer the better.
*Makes 6 pints for canning. Can at 10 pounds pressure for 75 minutes.
