1 lb. round steak, cut into small cubes
1/2 c.up sliced or chopped onion or onion powder to taste
2 T. butter
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup water
1 package extra wide egg noodles
Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown meat and cook onion in butter until tender.
Stir in soup, sour cream, and water.
Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Stir now and then.
Serve over noodles, cooked according to package directions.
