1.5 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. HOT bulk sausage in block
2 large Ragu Chunky Spaghetti Sauce with tomatoes, garlic, and onions
1 large (16 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim)
1 large package of lasagna noodles (use 9 noodles.)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 2 types of meat separately in a skillet and break meat into small pieces.
Drain off fat and liquids.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Put both meats and sauce in large skillet and heat together.
Mix egg with ricotta cheese.
Layer items in pan:
--Meat sauce--cover bottom of pan with approximately 1/4 of meat sauce.
--3 noodles
--Spread 1/3 ricotta mixture on top of noodles.
--Meat sauce--cover noodles.
--Mozzarella cheese--cover meat sauce.
--3 noodles
--Spread 1/3 ricotta cheese mixture on top of noodles.
--Meat sauce--cover noodles.
--Mozzarella cheese--cover meat sauce.
--3 noodles
--Spread ricotta mixture on top of noodles and use it all.
--Meat sauce--cover noodles; might not use it all.
--Mozzarella cheese--cover meat sauce; might not use it all.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes until light brown and bubbly around the edges.
