12 corn muffins
2 c. mayo
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 diced tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
1 lb. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, break up corn muffins. Add mayo, green pepper, onion and celery. Fold in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cut bacon in small pieces. Fry until crisp. Sprinkle over top of salad.
