7 c. diced potatoes
1/2 large onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 T. margarine
1 soup can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes and onion in pan with enough water to almost cover. Cook tender. Leave water on.
Add the soups, margarine and milk. Stir until hot. Add 1/2 pound cheese until melted. Serve with corn bread or crackers.
