1/2 c. chopped onion
1 T. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 T. poppy seeds
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter until tender. Combine egg and milk. Add to Bisquick and stir only until moistened. Add onion and half of cheese. Spread dough in greased round baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and poppy seeds. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake 400º about 25 minutes. Cut in wedges.
