Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 1/2 lb. grapes
1 1/2 c. water
5 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jell Fruit Pectin
1/2 tsp. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and strain. This will make 7 cups of juice when boiled. If not, add enough water to make 7 cups. Measure 5 cuips of sugar into separate bowl. (Scrape excess sugar from cup with spatula to level for exact measurement. Do not use reduced sugar or sugar substitutes. The exact amount of sugar, fruit and pectin are necessary for a good set.)
Stir 1 box of Sure Jell Fruit Pectin into juice. Add 1/2 tsp. margarine or butter (to prevent foaming during cooking.) Bring mixture to full rolling boil (one that does not stop when stirred) on high heat. Stir constantly. Add sugar quickly to juice mixture. Return to full rolling boil and boil exactly one minute. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off any foam immediately. Fill jars and seal.
