Directions:
In a small bowl melt butter. Using a cookie cutter (I use a wine glass), cut circles out of the bread. Brush with butter and put in a mini muffin tin that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350º for 10 min.
Drain broth from chicken and put in a pan. Add to broth the hot water, milk and 3 T. butter. When this is blended, add the 2 T. flour and stir until thickened. When thick, add the Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and chicken.
Put a teaspoon in each muffin cup. Top with a chopped tomato and bits of crumbled bacon.
Bake at 350º for 10 min.
