1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. soya sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped ginger root
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 large minced garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour 1/3 cup over meat of your choice. Roast meat until desired doneness, basting frequently with sauce. Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat. Delicious with turkey, chicken or pork.
