1 large jar dry roasted peanuts
2 1/2 T. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x13 cake pan. Put half of a large jar of dry roasted peanuts on the bottom. Melt together butter and peanut butter chips. Remove from heat and add the Eagle Brand milk and mini marshmallows. Mix all together and spread mixture on top of peanuts (butter your finger tips and spread this on). Add remaining peanuts on top and chill. Cut into squares and serve.
