Step 1: 2 qt container

3 cups/2 peaches / fresh or frozen
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tbl tapioca
Mix in container

Step 2:

1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbl butter
1 beaten egg
1/3 c milk
cut in butter till course and crumbly
drop small amt on top of fruit..approx 1 tsp each drop

Step 3 : use small pot
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c water
3 tbl butter
Melt and pour over batter

Step 4: Heat oven to 375
bake for 30 / 40 min till dark brown on top

do not put flour mix too thick, and cook till very brown on top
