1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 large package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 can Milnot, chilled
2 teaspoons vanilla
36 graham crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and Jell-O and let set partially (like egg whites.

Roll crackers into crumbs. Melt butter and mix with crumbs.
Press half of crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Set aside.

Beat Milnot in large bowl until it forms stiff peaks.
Add vanilla and Jell-O mixture and mix again.
Stir in cheese mixture.
Pour in pan on top of crumbs and top with remaining crumb mixture..
Refrigerate.

Personal Notes:
I set the can of Milnot in the refrigerator when I buy it so it will be cold when I am ready to whip it. When I begin to make this recipe, I put my beaters and my bowl in the freezer so they will be cold also. It just helps the Milnot whip up faster.

This was one of my Mother's recipes that she served to her card club.
