4 slices of bacon, chopped fine
1/2 cup of finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 (16ounce) can of tomatoes, broken up
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/3 cup Acini di pepe pasta, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook bacon until almost crisp, drain off all but 2 tablespoons drippings.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
Cook until tender.
Add tomatoes, salt, paprika, and chili powder.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add to skillet.
Cover and simmer on low until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

I usually add the pasta uncooked and let it cook while reducing the liquid in the dish.
