1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
a splash of brandy, Grand Marnier or rum
2 tsp. cornstarch (approximate)
drizzle of carmel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar. Cook over medium heat. Combine cornstarch with a bit of water so cornstarch will pour into the brown sugar mixture. Pour into mixture to thicken. add carmel topping and alcohol. take off heat. Serve over pudding or ice cream
