1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Once thoroughly mixed together, transfer into a casserole or heat safe dish and broil until the top is golden brown.

Serves great with tortilla chips or pieces of French loaf or Sourdough.
