12 cups of bread crumbs
1 large onion, chopped or diced
1 cup diced celery
1 cup or more melted butter
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
2 to 4 tbsp. poultry dressing
3 tbsp. sage
seasoning salt
2 eggs
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread crumbs in large bowl or roaster. Sprinkle bread crumbs with all the seasonings. Sauté the onion and celery in the butter, then add to the bread crumbs. Add the chicken broth and mix altogether. Place bread crumbs in tin foil and wrap. Can stuff turkey and or place wrapped dressing along side turkey. Wrapped dressing should be placed with turkey an hour or so before turkey is to be taken out of oven

Our measurements for this dressing seem to vary each time we make the dressing, however all the ingredients remain the same. LOL
