1-1/2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1-1/3 c. milk
2-1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 tsp. salt
Paprika
Poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, soups and milk and pour into lightly greased 9"x13" glass baking dish. Mix well. Arrange chicken on top of the rice, skin side up. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and poultry seasoning. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 30 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooling time if not on a turntable. Check rice and chicken for chicken to be 165º. Cook additional time if needed. Remove from microwave and let rest 10 minutes before serving. - If not microwave available can cook in the oven on 350º for 60 minutes, checking chicken temperature.
