2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Bring eggs to boil, turn off heat and let remain in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and cover with ice cubes to cool. Or hard-boil your eggs the way you like to do them. Halve the hard-cooked eggs lengthwise, remove yolks into medium bowl and place eggs on a tray. Mash the yolks with a mixer (but don't turn it on). Combine mashed yolks with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper using a hand mixer. Put mixture into a cake decorator and dollop into the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until serving time.

HINT: I am lazy and buy them pre-packaged at the Marsh deli because I hate to peel them and they always look like crap.
