1 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. boiling water
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and shortening. Add mix to boiling water in sauce pan. Stir over low heat about 1 minute until dough is smooth, follows the spoon, and forms in a ball. Remove from heat immediately. Add eggs one at a time, stirring, and beating until mixture is blended. Beat vigorously. Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake in 450º oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350º and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Shut oven off and let baking sheet sit in warm oven with door open for 10 minutes. Fill with your favorite flavor of pudding or cream.
